We read the policy
The published privacy policy and terms are fetched, versioned, and archived — so a grade always points at a specific document, not a moving target.
A public rubric applies
Each fact is extracted and scored against a disclosed rubric. The same inputs always produce the same grade; nothing is tuned per company.
Every fact cites its clause
Open any finding and you get the verbatim sentence it came from. If we got it wrong, you can dispute it and we log the outcome publicly.
